The purpose, legal basis and period of processing personal data by the Company
Personal data provided in the contact form or sent in correspondence shall be processed solely for the purpose of answering your enquires in the scope specified in the contact form or this correspondence, under Art. 6 paragraph 1 point f) of the GDPR that is legitimate interest of the Company, for a period necessary to maintain correspondence in relation to the enquiry made, and then for archiving purposes (for not longer than 3 years).

Personal data provided in the registration form shall be processed for the purpose of providing technical documentation for goods produced by Jakmet under Art. 6 paragraph 1 point f) of the GDPR that is legitimate interest of the Company for a period enabling the download of files containing technical documentation of Jakmet’s products, and then for archiving purposes (for not longer than 3 after the last login).
