The purpose, legal basis and period of processing personal data by the Company
Personal data provided in the contact form or sent in correspondence shall be processed solely for the purpose of answering your enquires in the scope specified in the contact form or this correspondence, under Art. 6 paragraph 1 point f) of the GDPR that is legitimate interest of the Company, for a period necessary to maintain correspondence in relation to the enquiry made, and then for archiving purposes (for not longer than 3 years).

The provision of data is voluntary, however failure to do so may make it impossible to answer your enquiry and maintain correspondence.
With whom do we share your personal data?
Your personal data may be transferred to entities rendering technical and IT services to the Company (for instance in the scope of email hosting and the maintenance of IT systems etc).

You have the right to access the data, the right of rectification (correction) of the data, the right to demand erasure of the data, the right to restriction of processing of the data, and the right to data portability in the cases and scope specified in the GDPR.

Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, which could lead at the same time to making decisions producing legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affecting your situation.

Personal data provided in the registration form shall be processed for the purpose of providing technical documentation for goods produced by Jakmet under Art. 6 paragraph 1 point f) of the GDPR that is legitimate interest of the Company for a period enabling the download of files containing technical documentation of Jakmet’s products, and then for archiving purposes (for not longer than 3 after the last login).
