Who is the controller of your personal data?
In accordance with Art. 4 paragraph 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), the data Controller, that is, the entity determining the purposes and means of the processing of personal data, is Jakmet Spółka Jawna Andrzej Jałocha i Krzysztof Jałocha with its registered office in Sobienki nr 30, 08-445 Osieck, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000091263, Tax Identification Number 8261004892, REGON number: 710204285 (hereinafter ?Company? or ?Jakmet?), a producer of high quality electrical goods.
The purpose, legal basis and period of processing personal data by the Company
Personal data provided in the registration form shall be processed for the purpose of providing technical documentation for goods produced by Jakmet under Art. 6 paragraph 1 point f) of the GDPR that is legitimate interest of the Company for a period enabling the download of files containing technical documentation of Jakmet?s products, and then for archiving purposes (for not longer than 3 after the last login).
Do you need to provide us with your personal data?
The provision of data is voluntary, however failure to do so may make impossible the practical use of technical documentation of Jakmet?s products and gaining access to further detailed information.
With whom do we share your personal data?
Your personal data may be transferred to entities rendering technical and IT services to the Company (for instance in the scope of email hosting and the maintenance of IT systems etc).
What are your rights with respect to Jakmet regarding the processing of data?
You have the right to access the data, the right of rectification (correction) of the data, the right to demand erasure of the data, the right to restriction of processing of the data, and the right to data portability in the cases and scope specified in the GDPR.
You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data ? on grounds relating to your particular situation.
Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, which could lead at the same time to making decisions producing legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affecting your situation.
Regardless of the rights indicated above in relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
